The temperature_workaround lowers the maximum CPU frequency for a MacBook or 
laptop with inaccessible UEFI/BIOS which CPU becomes too hot due to an in UEFI
enabled "Turbo" or "Boost" mode.
 
With the workaround, the governor and the maximum CPU frequency are set with 
systemd at boot time to previously determined values.
